Boosie Badazz provides an extensive tour of his rapidly developing property, Boosie Estates, demonstrating that he is less interested in pre-built mansions and more focused on creating a massive, highly personalized compound for himself and his family. He emphasizes that he is investing everything back into himself and his estate.

The $200,000 “Peace” Lake and Business

At the heart of the estate is a man-made 5 to 6-acre lake, which Boosie calls his place of “peace.” The total cost of developing the lake area—including the dock, a building, fish, and feeding systems—was approximately $200,000.

Stocked and Sold: The lake is stocked with over 1,500 pounds of catfish, which he feeds three times a day to grow “monsters.” He also recently added crawfish. Boosie is entrepreneurial with his hobby: he fishes out hundreds of pounds of his own catch for parties and sells the fish to guests, earning between $20,000 and $30,000 per event.
The Dock Setup: His dock features a TV for watching games and a dedicated cleaning station, which he jokingly calls the “Catfish Killer” box. He uses unique “green worms” for fishing, which he claims makes the fish “explode” when they hit the water.

New Construction and Amenities

The property is under constant construction, with several major projects recently completed or underway:

The Bar and Pool Area: A new bar area is being finalized, complete with a dedicated bathroom, a two-headed shower, a vanity, and a TV inside the bathroom. The pool area now includes a brick structure that serves as a projector house for outdoor movie viewing, and he has recently ordered a massive, custom-built $150,000 pool slide.
The Legends Mural: A large mural wall features figures who have influenced him, including Pimp C and Bun B, Rich Homie Quan, LSU player Kairen Lacy, Kobe and G, Soldier Slim, and Bob Marley. The only living person on the wall is C-Murder, whom Boosie did time with in the same dormitory at Angola prison.

The House for His Mother and Family Dynamics

Boosie Begins Construction On Mom Connie's House Behind His Mansion! 🏘

One of the most significant recent additions is a brand-new, custom-built three-bedroom house for his mother, completed in just 124 days. Boosie built the home as a separate place for her when she visits Atlanta, noting that she tends to “take over” his main “Batman” house. He chose a single-level design (no stairs) for the house, not just for his mother, but also for his youngest daughter’s safety during her walker years.

Boosie also addressed the four pool-side houses he originally planned for his children. He admits that his older kids (15 and 16) are less interested in spending their summers at home, noting that they are “in 2025 Beamers” and “Forges,” so he has begun renting the houses out for income.

Looking forward, Boosie plans to build a “Glass House” made from nine cube containers on a hill, giving him a view over the entire expansive property.
