Yungeen Ace Named in Court

During the opening statements, the prosecution directly named Yungeen Ace (ATK), alleging that Foolio’s constant ridicule of the ATK crew’s friends and family “created… a vendetta” and “revenge.”

$10,000 Bounty: The court heard testimony about a bounty allegedly set by Yungeen Ace, offering $10,000 for Foolio. One person later claimed to have “handled that” because “Ace had that money on his head.”
Damning Digital Evidence: Evidence presented included an insulting meme—a picture of a Don Julio bottle—sent from Yungeen Ace to one of the suspect’s phones just one day after Foolio’s passing. This was followed by Ace’s frantic public tweet declaring, “Ain’t no such thing as ATK no more,” which has been viewed as a panicked attempt to distance himself.
Retaliation Motive: A key “snitch” within ATK reportedly revealed to the feds that the entire incident was a retaliation for the passing of ATK Mitch in 2022.

The Victim’s Own Trail

The trial also detailed how Foolio’s extensive use of social media on his birthday weekend tragically led his assailants directly to him. Foolio posted multiple “location drops,” including the address of his rented Airbnb, a nearby club, and eventually, the Holiday Inn where he was ambushed and passed in his car.

In a sign of increasing legal pressure, Yungeen Ace has reportedly canceled all upcoming tour dates as the Feds are believed to be limiting his business income in preparation for a potential court case against him.
