The drama on Married to Medicine reached an all-time high during the latest episode, particularly between Quad Webb and Dr. Gregory Lunsford.
Bringing two former spouses on a couple’s getaway—especially when they’re accompanied by their new significant others—was bound to lead to fireworks, but no one could have predicted just how explosive things would get.
Tensions escalated dramatically during the trip when Quad made pointed remarks about Dr. Gregory (Dr. G) and his new wife, La’Dasha Lunsford’s, intimate life.
While the scenes that aired on television were already intense, Dr. Heavenly Kimes later revealed that some of the most dramatic moments didn’t even make the final cut.
Fortunately for fans who love the behind-the-scenes tea, Dr. Heavenly wasted no time addressing what went down, hinting that some of the unseen footage might surface at the reunion.
As expected, following the airing of Married to Medicine Season 11, Episode 10, Dr. Heavenly rushed to her YouTube channel to give viewers an unfiltered recap of all the chaos.
This has become her signature move—grabbing a camera and spilling all the backstage drama her subscribers didn’t get to see.
This time, she had a lot to say about Dr. G’s explosive reaction, which, according to her, was even worse than what the show depicted.
Dr. Heavenly disclosed that Dr. G’s outburst went far beyond what Bravo aired. In a shocking revelation, she claimed that he stood up and started yelling at Sweet Tea (La’Dasha’s nickname).
While the aired episode showed some of his frustration, Dr. Heavenly insisted that the actual confrontation was much more intense.
She recounted, “He got up and started yelling at Sweet Tea. They only showed a portion of it.”
She then elaborated on the heated exchange, revealing that Dr. G had aggressively told La’Dasha, “You talk too much! You shut up!” The way she described it, the moment was painfully cringe-worthy and left the entire group in stunned silence.
With the trip already fueled by tropical cocktails and emotions running high, the situation quickly became uncomfortable for everyone involved.
Dr. Heavenly noted that Cecil Whitmore, husband of Dr. Simone Whitmore, had to step in to de-escalate the situation.
“Cecil stood up and put himself between them because Dr. Greg was coming at Sweet Tea, and it was just so uncomfortable.”
She explained that Cecil’s intervention was necessary, as things seemed to be heading in a dangerous direction.
However, not everyone in the group saw the outburst in the same way. Dr. Heavenly shared that Toya Bush-Harris had a completely different interpretation of the moment.
According to Toya, Dr. G’s frustration wasn’t directed at Sweet Tea at all—it was actually meant for Quad. Toya believed that Dr. G was telling Quad to shut up, not his wife.
While it wouldn’t have been acceptable for him to say that to anyone, Dr. Heavenly admitted that it might have been more understandable if his anger had been directed at Quad instead of his new wife.
“In my opinion, Sweet Tea didn’t even say that much,” Dr. Heavenly recalled. “It was actually Quad who pushed Dr. G over the edge.”
According to her, Quad had been bringing up highly sensitive topics—things from her past marriage with Dr. G that were so personal and scandalous that Dr. Heavenly refused to repeat them.
“She was bringing up things I can’t even repeat, stuff from their marriage, things he did to her.” This, she suggested, was what really triggered Dr. G’s meltdown.
By the end of the episode, Dr. G stormed off into the night, clearly needing to cool off after the explosive argument.
While that moment alone left fans in shock, the mid-season trailer suggests that this is just the beginning. If the sneak peeks are any indication, the drama will only escalate from here.
The fallout from the trip is sure to have lasting repercussions, not just for Quad and Dr. G, but for the entire group.
Viewers are left wondering if this confrontation will deepen the divide between the cast members or bring unexpected alliances.
One thing is for sure—tensions are at an all-time high, and fans are eagerly awaiting the upcoming episodes and, most importantly, the reunion, where even more unseen moments might come to light.
Season 11 of Married to Medicine has already been delivering on the drama, and it looks like there’s no slowing down.
With emotions still raw and relationships hanging by a thread, the fallout from this getaway will undoubtedly continue to shake things up
. The question remains: can these cast members recover from such intense confrontations, or has the damage been done for good?
Tune in to Married to Medicine, airing Sundays at 9/8c on Bravo, to see how the rest of the season unfolds.
And, of course, keep an eye on Dr. Heavenly’s YouTube channel—because if anything goes down off-camera, you can bet she’ll be the first to spill the tea.
