Quad Webb has broken her silence on the tragic death of her three-year-old great- niece Aryanna ‘Ari’ Rice, who police said drowned in the Married To Medicine star’s pool on July 7.

The same week of Ari’s passing, Webb — who has not posted to social media since July 4 — also lost her aunt Bev in a ‘separate occasion.’

In a statement published to Instagram Wednesday, Webb thanked fans for their support as well as for respecting her family’s privacy as they continue to grieve.

‘Dear Family, Friends and Supporters, I want to express my deepest gratitude for your love, prayers, condolences, emails, flowers, text messages, phone calls and support as we grapple with the losses of my beloved Ari and my aunt Bev,’ she began.

‘Your comforting words and gestures have been invaluable to us, providing strength and solace during these trying times.

‘Thank you also for honoring our request for privacy as we navigate our grief. This respect has allowed us the emotional space to be with family and come to terms with our losses,’ Webb continued.

‘Your understanding means the world to us and has been a significant part of our healing process… your unwavering support has been a bright spot during this dark period, providing a sense of unity and love that has been heartwarming.

‘Thank you for enriching our lives during this challenging time, in ways that words can’t fully capture,’ wrote Webb, who signed off with ‘heartfelt appreciation and love.’

Webb received condolences from her co-stars Dr. Jackie Walters and Dr. Heavenly Kimes — though she’s since turned off the post’s comment section.

News of Aryanna’s death first broke in late July.

A police report revealed that the toddler had drowned at Webb’s Marietta, Georgia home on the night of Friday, July 7. She was discovered unresponsive in the pool.

Two men told cops they were hanging out by the pool in the evening before going inside. They later noticed what they initially thought was a doll floating in the water.

After realizing it was a child, the report states that the men immediately called 911. When officers arrived they found firefighters rendering medical aid.

The little girl was then rushed to the nearby Scottish Rite Hospital where she was pronounced dead.

It is not clear whether Webb, whose full name is Quadriyyah Webb, was home at the time of the drowning.

TMZ confirmed that Webb was Ari’s niece. Webb had previously posted about the little girl on her Instagram, posting in celebration of her third birthday back in April.

‘Wow, I can’t believe my baby is 3 years old today! I remember you falling to sleep laying on my chest. You absolutely stole my heart from the moment I saw you; Ari you’re so special to me and I’m grateful to be apart of your life! I got you forever!!! Happy birthday chocolate drop,’ wrote the reality star alongside a large carousel of pictures.

Officers determined that the child was the daughter of Tameka Webb of Memphis, Tennessee

The two men who were by the pool that day told police that they were visiting the house and were in the pool for around two hours from 6pm to 8pm.

They got out and ordered pizza before heading inside where they hung out for a while longer. When they went back downstairs they noticed the child, who they initially thought was a doll.

Officers determined that the child was the daughter of Tameka Webb of Memphis, Tennessee.

The report also listed Webb’s Marietta mansion as the child’s address, though officers say Ari was just at the home for a month-long vacation.

Authorities also spoke to the child’s grandmother, Mary Loise Cox, who said the last time she saw her granddaughter was with her daughter, Quadrryah, but she was not able to remember the precise time.

Webb has not commented publicly on the accident, nor has she clarified what her precise relationship to the child is.

The outlet also shared a statement from Quad’s rep that read: ‘Quad Webb and family have suffered the loss of two beloved family members, in separate occasions, in just one week.

‘This has been an incredibly challenging experience for the entire family. Your understanding and support are deeply valued.

‘In this trying time, we extend our heartfelt gratitude for the kindness and compassion shown by the public, fans and media. We kindly request much needed privacy during this period of mourning as Quad is taking time to grieve with her family.’

Webb has been a cast member on Bravo’s Married to medicine for the majority of its 10 seasons.

The show, which debuted in 2013, follows the lives of several Atlanta women who are in or involved with the medical community.
