Cardi B Rocks Manicure with Stefon Diggs’ Name After Making Their Relationship Instagram Official.

The rapper’s bold manicure featured the NFL player’s name in delicate script letters

Cardi B knows how to make a statement with her nails — and used her recent manicure to put an official stamp on her relationship with New England Patriots wide receiver Stefon Diggs.

The “Bodak Yellow” rapper, 32, attended Spotify Beach at Cannes Lions and hit the stage for a performance that contained several of her hit songs, including her newest single, “Outside,” and her 2018 track “Bartier Cardi.”

Cardi B hit the stage in a summer-ready look that contained bright orange and white hues. She stepped on stage in a structured dress with white and orange fringe sequined details that created movement with each step she took. She paired the fun look with orange fringe sequined tabi boots by Maison Margiela and hit the stage in a wide-brimmed orange sunhat to finish the look.

The rapper matched her manicure to her outfit and wore pointed almond-shaped nails designed by Coca Michelle. The fresh set mirrored Cardi’s stage look and had the same orange and white vertical lines featured in her outfit but also had a sweet nod to Diggs through a major detail.

The nails were decorated with ornate, black script lettering that went across both of the rapper’s hands, which spelled out Stefon Diggs’ name. Michelle posted the look to her Instagram with the caption, “@iamcardib Cannes @spotify Performance 🧡.”

Michelle has worked with Cardi B in the past, most recently in May for the rapper’s appearance at the 2025 Met Gala, in which the Metropolitan Museum of Art celebrated the opening of its “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style” exhibit.

For the evening, Cardi B wore an olive green velvet suiting look designed by Daniel Lee, the creative director of Burberry. The “Up” rapper accessorized the outfit with matching nails. Michelle gave the star reflective green cat-eye nails for the night, which complemented the look.

Cardi B’s newest nail set comes after she went Instagram official with Diggs on June 1. The Whipshots founder posted a series of images of herself on a boat, and in one of the photos, she and the football player gazed into each other’s eyes.

The rapper filed to divorce her estranged husband, Offset, in 2024. In August of that year, a source exclusively told PEOPLE that “filing for divorce again wasn’t an easy decision” for the rapper. “She has two kids already, is pregnant and is also a working mom,” the source said. “She’d love to have a great marriage too, but she needs to end it.”

“It’s been a long time coming,” the source added. “It’s not just one issue. She’s matured a lot. She knows exactly what she wants her life to look like. She’s super focused on her kids and work.”

In May 2025, TMZ reported that Offset filed an amended divorce response asking Cardi for spousal support. Cardi B retaliated against the filing in a rant on X, calling Offset a “f——- p—- ass n—-.”

“Word to my mother. I want you to die, but I want you to die f—— slow, n—-,” she added. “When you die, n—-, I want you to die slow in the bed. And when you die, n—-, you gotta think of me.”
